Michel Fender is a supply chain consultant and educator with over 30 years’ experience combining consulting and pedagogy to promote the transformation of people and organisations in the fields of value chain, operations and supply chain management.
He is focused on contributing to innovation and supporting transformation, taking action to improve and identify disruptions and developing the managerial and leadership capabilities of supply chain players.
Michel has a PhD in economics and social sciences from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, is a full professor at the Africa Business School and an adjunct professor at HEC Paris. Previously he was associate dean for Executive Education at ESSEC as well as president of the Industrial Engineering Department and professor at Ecole des Ponts ParisTech.
